Installing and using the F# Extras

This release of the F# Extras includes an installer and zip.
The installer will put the powerpack components and tools onto the target machine and also register the PowerPack as reference assemblies under .Net framework and Silverlight for easy use from Visual Studio, MSBuild and F# Scripts. Single installer works for Visual Studio 2008 and Visual Studio 2010.

The zip contains just the binary files, that can be used with other CIL-compatible implementations, such as Mono.
